RATES

Virtual Therapy Session

60 minutes:  $170

Sessions are provided by a Canadian Certified Counsellor. Teletherapy sessions are done over a secure live video platform. The therapist will send the client a link before hand that the client will click on at the time of the appointment, they will enter a waiting room and wait for the therapist to start the session.   Our sessions typically include 50 minutes of session time and 10 minutes for chart review and progress notes.

INSURANCE

Please check with your current insurance provider, to see if they cover all or partial amounts for counselling with a Canadian Certified Counsellor.  

We direct bill Blue Cross if your provider covers counselling.
