With her client-centred approach, Tanya helps people facing various challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, grief/loss and other areas of life that may need counselling. She provides a safe and judgement free space where people feel seen and understood.  

Working through a trauma informed lens, Tanya has an integrative and holistic approach to counselling. She draws on different strategies depending on her clients needs.  She often uses modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. Just as each person is unique, so are the therapeutic strategies that she uses to meet the needs of each client.
